Chocolate Lava Cake
The chocolate lava cake has taken this country by storm. It is one of the most common desserts that you find at restaurants. We have taken an unique approach to this popular dessert by adding our Jolly Roger Black Lager.
Hot Water Cakes
A lot of you have probably heard about this concept, but why do it? Basically to make the cake even more flavorful. The hot water helps the cocoa powder “bloom”. We have taken this one step further by adding hot beer. Our Jolly Roger Black lager has a good amount of chocolate and roasted malts. By adding it hot we end up with a chocoalte flavor that is deep, rich and decadent.
Spice it up
We have seen hot lava cakes just served temperature hot, but not too many have actual heat in the dessert. Feel free to play around by adding different types of peppers to either the cake or sauce.
