Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Sift dry ingredient into bowl and add butter and coconut oil
  2. Use either your hands, knife or pastry cutter and blend ingredients until well combined.
  3. Add yolk, lemon juice, and 1-2 tbsp of water at at a time until well combined and dough has a nice consistency.
  4. Wrap with plastic wrap and flatten into a small disk. Refigerate overnight.
  5. Roll out dough and place in pie pan. Prepare filling per instructions and place in crust.
  6. Bake according to the indvidual pie recipe.
