Instructions
  1. Coat chicken wings with dry rub and let sit for 30 minutes up to over night
  2. Bake or grill for 10-15 minutes until wings are just done (do not overcook!) . Alternatively smoke chicken wings for 1 hour at 225 degrees
  3. Let cool. Preheat oil to 350 degrees. In batches fry wings for 2 minutes until crispy. Immediately toss wings with sauce and serve.
