What a Weekend for Eddyline! A grand opening celebration, mountain music & a strong community!
Eddyline BaseCamp Celebration!
Yesterday marked the grand opening of Eddyline BaseCamp! Community members, supporters and new friends gathered at Eddyline Brewery for the official Grand Opening Celebration of the brewery expansion and new Beer Garden.
The day started with a special VIP brewery tour and luncheon located in the new state-of-the-art brewery. Eddyline Brewery Owners, Mic and Molley Heynekamp traveled back to BV from New Zealand to host the party and thank those who helped them get to where they are today including local business owners, state representatives and good family friends.
Our community showed excitement at the official ribbon cutting where Mic gave his thanks and shared kind words with the crowd. The celebration started when Bonnie and the Beard took the stage and put on an up beat gypsy rock show! The new outdoor bar was packed and everyone was feeling the good vibe and loving the delicious Eddyline craft brews on tap. Eddyline Brewers gave brewer tours to show folks the new brew house and how our award-winning canned beers are made.
Eddyline BaseCamp Jam Sessions
Let this be a taste of what Eddyline Brewery has in-store for summer! Join us at the Beer Garden for BaseCamp Jam Sessions starting May 30. You can count on having a plethora of live music every weekend including bluegrass, rock & roll, reggae and funky beats. If you didn’t get enough of Bonnie and the Beard, they will be returning for a huge 4th of July show!
A portion of the music series proceeds will benefit Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado. Mark your calendars with the full line-up! Coming soon is the official BaseCamp Jam Sessions poster.
WhiteWater Ramble Kept the Party Going!
The party didn’t stop there! WhiteWater Ramble kept the party going at Eddyline Restaurant to benefit the Buena Vista River Park. The crowd had time to rest up after the day festivities for the high-energy bluegrass performance. The siesta break did everyone well! As soon as WWR hit the stage, the music didn’t stop while everyone was stompin’ and grooving around.
The Whitewater Winter Music Series has been a fantastic run but all good things must come to an end. Help us kick-off summer and the 2015 CKS PaddleFest with our local favorite, Leadville Cherokee on Saturday May 2! This will be the last show at Eddyline Restaurant before we kick-off Eddyline BaseCamp Jam Sessions at the brewery.
Place your last bids for a chance to win the NRS Paddle Board all to benefit the River Park. We are thrilled to gift a percentage of the winter music series proceeds to help with maintenance and expansion of our beloved River Park!
